Office Hours & Support Information

Need Help? Submit A Request!

Whether you’re experiencing a technical issue or looking to consult with one of our knowledgeable staff members, new and existing customers are encouraged to email our general service mailbox or call our office to open a new ticket.

If you are contacting us regarding an issue that is rendering the entire business inoperable, always contact our office by phone first and select the appropriate option! If one of our staff members cannot take your call, please leave a detailed voicemail, and we’ll return your call as soon as possible!

Our team works hard to provide the best possible service to all of our customers. Contacting any of our staff outside of our service inbox, office phone number, or abusing the options for business emergencies will result in a less-than-optimal service experience.

Don't Be The Scammers Latest Victim!

Phishing scams are all to common these days, often disguising themselves in seemingly legitimate emails or websites, attempting to trick you into calling a number in the email or on the screen. Once on the phone, these individuals use a variety of tactics to get you to connect them to your computer, where they can cause some severe damage or try to extort you for money. Be cautious of deceptive emails or websites trying to trick you! Apple, Google, McAfee, Microsoft, Norton, and any other big-name business in tech will never contact you to connect to your computer or demand payment over the phone! Keep yourself informed on the recurring bills you pay for your computer. Knowing who you pay, what you pay for, and when can help prevent you from falling victim to one of the many scams. If something doesn't seem right, take a picture of your screen and call our office.

Common Phishing Scams
Messages on your screen clamining to be from Microsoft that your computer has been hacked or IP address has been block. - Don't call the number. If you're having difficulty closing out of the page you may be able to press the Ctrl and W key on your keyboard and have an option to leave the page.
You recieved a strange email from Norton or McAfee claiming to have an outstanding invoice for $300 or more. - Disregard the email, don't reply, and don't call the number listed in the email. Even if the email claims to have your billing information on file, they do not. Only way they'll get it is if you provide it on the phone. Watch your banking transactions if still concerned.
You recieved an email claiming to be Microsoft or your IT Department about your email password expiring and offering you to keep your old password if you click a link. - Don't click the link and delete the email. When you click the link and enter in any username and password a scammer is harvesting that information to try and hack their way into your email.

Want to avoid or shorten a service call?

When you have an issue with you're PC, while we enjoy speaking with our existing and future customers, we want you to feel like you can perform some initial troubleshooting steps on your end before even calling us. You might find these issues resolved and avoid a service call altogether!

Issue: My software or operating system is acting strange or not doing what I want!
Troubleshooting: More times then not this is solved by performing a Restart on the machine. Please note, a Restart and a Shutdown and pressing the power button to turn the machine back on are very different to the system. Always make sure you are selecting Restart from the power menu when faced with an annoying software issue.
Issue: My desktop computer won't start! I do see some solid lights on it though!
Troubleshooting: If your computer has been sitting like this for over 30 minutes you can safetly perform the next steps; if it has not been 30 minutes, please wait as the machine may be performing a firmware update. Once you've reached the 30 minute mark disconnect the power cable from the back. Press the power button for 10 seconds to drain any residual power. Then reconnect the power cable, the machine should perform whats refered to as POST, give it 30 seconds, then press the power again. If the issue persists contact our office.
Issue: My desktop computer won't start! I don't see any lights or the power button is flashing.
Troubleshooting: You'll need to identify if there is any pattern to the blinking lights or any pattern if the computer is producing an audible beep code. Contact our office with that information as well as the make and model, if the machine is on file we will need the workstation name.
I: My internet is slow!
T: First thing to know is what you service speed you are paying for. Once you know that, go to speedtest.net and click GO to perform a speed test on your service. If the readings for download speed are drastically different than that on your bill contact your internet service provider to see if there is an issue with the service in your area. You can also check the Service Status links below to see if your service provider is listed and check the web to see if they are also reporting an issue in your area. Unless you have residental service with no additional settings or customizations with you set up it is ill advised to have the service provider replace any equipment without checking first.
